Check-in with KWU staff, receive personalized packet and nametag, coffee & pastries provided
9:00 Welcome to the Pack! Sams Chapel
Brief welcome message from KWU administration
9:30-12:30 Morning Sessions *Indicates required session
*Financial Appointments- Brown Mezzanine
Families will meet with financial planning staff to select payment plan
*Enrollment Appointments- Memorial Library
Students will meet with success coaches/advisors to finalize enrollment
*Parent Session-NEC (Health Insurance, Dining Services, Parent & Family Association etc.)
KWU staff will lead presentations regarding parent specific information and Q&A
Students can engage in sessions after required appointments have been completed:
· KWU Activity Fair (Campus Ministries, Multicultural Student Union, Campus Events/Intramurals, Music & Theatre) – SAC
· Dorm Tour- TBD
· Student Development paperwork, IT troubleshooting, virtual bookstore how to, healthy roster- TBD
12:30 Lunch, Bieber Dining Hall
-Coaches/activity directors available to meet with recruits during & after lunch
